Hi, I’m Sarah

Sarah Rabideau End of Life Doula

Through the process of seeking out alternative healing modalities from around the world for myself, I found myself aligning with the teachings of two regions in Peru. During a ceremony in 2021, I was called to begin working with people at the end of their lives. Like many others who are called to doula, I recognized the gap in emotional and spiritual care during this critical time in a person's life and wanted to find ways to bridge that gap.

As I continued to explore the world and the portals of life and death my studies expanded and I entered a nine-month-long apprenticeship where I received the Munay-Ki rites and learned rituals, ceremonies, and techniques to help my clients clear their energy fields to help them step into the highest versions of themselves.

I believe in the transformative power of love and energy and strive to bring light and solace to everyone I serve, honoring the sacred journey of transition.

I have completed the following trainings:

End of Life Doula with INELDA with additional training in supporting Dementia (International End of Life Doula Association)
Nine-month apprenticeship in Munay-Ki healing
Certified Threshold Medicine Death Coach (Academy of Oracle Arts)
Certified 200 Hour Hatha yoga teacher (Uplifted Yoga Academy)
 Level Two Reiki practitioner
First Aid/CPR/AED (Red Cross)

My goal is for people to feel empowered in their life and their death

Life and death are a package deal. But we have overprofessionalized death and forgotten how natural it is. We have turned an intimate experience into a technological phenomenon. We have forgotten what we know: we can trust in our ability to do this, to accompany each other.
